			<description><![CDATA[<p><strong><font size="3">宫颈癌概述</font></strong></p>
<p><font size="3">宫颈癌是女性最常见的癌症之一，多发生于宫颈鳞柱交界处（移行带）。其中85－90%为鳞状细胞癌，余下的10－15%中多数为腺癌。它的发生与很多因素有关，如HPV感染、生殖道疣病史、多个性伴、性伴患阴茎癌或曾有过患宫颈癌性伴。另外还有初次性交年龄小于18岁、多产、早产、吸烟等多种与宫颈癌发病有关的因素。 </font></p>
<p><font size="3">目前，宫颈癌的早期发现、早期治疗使宫颈癌的治愈率大幅提高。而宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的早期发现和早期治疗依赖于宫颈癌的筛查。宫颈癌前病变包括不典型增生及宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）。如不治疗，12%以上的CINⅢ患者在20年后将发展为浸润癌。 </font></p>
<p><font size="3">宫颈癌的首发症状通常为阴道异常出血及排液。早期宫颈癌查体可无异常表现，能发现的宫颈癌常见表现往往是肉眼可见的宫颈病变或双合诊有异常发现。无明显病变时可行巴氏涂片、阴道镜、锥切、诊断性刮宫进行诊断。 </font></p>
<p><font size="3">宫颈癌是一种局部生长迅速且侵蚀性强的肿瘤，主要通过局部扩散、淋巴及血行转移。 </font></p>
<p><strong><font size="3">危险因子</font></strong></p>
<p><font size="3">人类乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）：85－93%的宫颈癌患者可查出HPV DNA。曾患生殖道疣的女性患宫颈癌的危险高18倍。6、11、42、43及44型HPV是一些所谓&ldquo;低致癌潜能&rdquo;的病毒，目前认为它们与良性宫颈病变有关。16、18、31及45型HPV是一些所谓&ldquo;高致癌潜能&rdquo;的病毒，目前认为它们与高级别上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）及宫颈浸润癌有关。 <br />个人因素/性生活因素：性伴多于六个可使患宫颈癌的相对危险提高2.2倍。与曾有过患宫颈癌性伴的男子结婚的女性患宫颈癌危险上升三倍。性伴患阴茎癌的女性患宫颈癌的危险性高。初次性交年龄小于18岁患宫颈癌的相对危险提高1.6倍。吸烟患宫颈癌的相对危险提高1.7倍。口服避孕药&gt;10年患宫颈癌的相对危险提高2.2倍。 </font></p>
<p><font size="3">妇科因素：在多产、早产的女性中宫颈癌更常见。曾巴氏涂片异常或有不典型增生的患者患宫颈癌危险度高。 </font></p>
<p><font size="3">营养：饮食中缺乏叶酸、胡萝卜素或维生素C的女性患病危险较高。 </font></p>
<p><font size="3">免疫抑制：肾移植、人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染者易患宫颈癌。 </font></p>
<p><font size="3">社会经济学状况：在经济状况较差者、未受教育者、在年龄较大的女性中宫颈癌更为普遍。</font></p>

			<description><![CDATA[<font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp; </font><font size="3">如今的主妇主夫们，小时候几乎都吃过那种混浊的&ldquo;粗油&rdquo;。可如今的超市货架上，全是清澈透亮的烹调油。按来源分，有大豆油、花生油、玉米油、橄榄油、葵花油、菜籽油等，还有各种各样的调和油和营养油，难免让消费者眼花缭乱，不知如何选择。<br />　 植物油也好，动物脂肪也好，都是由&ldquo;甘油&rdquo;和&ldquo;脂肪酸&rdquo;组合而成。甘油都是一样的，脂肪酸却有&ldquo;饱和&rdquo;、&ldquo;单不饱和&rdquo;和&ldquo;多不饱和&rdquo;之分。这三类脂肪酸各有利弊，各有特点。在天然油脂当中，三类脂肪酸同时都存在，只是比例上有所差别而已。<br />　 &ldquo;饱和&rdquo;脂肪酸(简称为SFA)当中，没有人体必需的脂肪酸。它的优点是稳定性好，耐热性强，不易产生氧化产物；缺点是食用过多而运动不足时容易升高血脂，增大心血管疾病的风险。&ldquo;饱和脂肪酸&rdquo;较多的油类，包括棕榈油、猪油、牛油、羊油、奶油、植物奶油、椰子油等。适合素食者或很少食用动物性食品的人食用。<br />　　&ldquo;多不饱和&rdquo;脂肪酸(简称为PUFA)当中，有一些是人体自己不能合成，必须从食物中摄取的脂肪酸，人体建造组织细胞，以及形成一些生理活性成分，都需要这些&ldquo;必需脂肪酸&rdquo;。这一类脂肪酸的优点是营养价值高，低温下仍然清澈透明；缺点是不耐热，稳定性差。高温加热或者长期储存后，它们容易氧化，产生伤害人体的自由基，以及各种有毒的氧化产物、聚合产物和分解产物。&ldquo;多不饱和脂肪酸&rdquo;较多的油类，包括大豆油、葵花油、玉米油、红花油、胡麻油等；适合膳食荤素搭配的各类人群食用，特别是吃动物性食品较多、植物性食品较少的人。</font> 
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp; &ldquo;单不饱和&rdquo;脂肪酸(简称为MUFA)虽然也是人体可以合成的，但它对于降血脂、预防心血管疾病的效果最好，故而近年来得到了大力的推崇。这一类的缺点是不能提供某些必需脂肪酸，但优点是耐热性中等，氧化性也居中，对预防慢性疾病有帮助。&ldquo;单不饱和脂肪酸&rdquo;较多的油类，包括橄榄油和茶籽油；适合膳食荤素搭配的各类人群食用，因其降血脂效果较好，特别适合中老年人和高血脂症患者。</font></p>

<p align="left"><font size="3">　　香菇、木耳： 实验证明，香菇、木耳降胆固醇的作用比西药安妥明强10倍，但必须注意，木耳的有效成分主要为水溶性部分；香菇的作用菌帽大于茎部。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　豆类：豆类含有人体必需的氨基酸，经常食用黄豆及其制品，可使血中胆固醇含量显著降低。国外研究证明，黄豆的蛋白质能中和高脂肪饮食对身体的影响。美国的医生发现，让志愿者每天进食一杯青豆，可使体内胆固醇平均减少19%。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　洋葱、大蒜：每天食用一个中等大小的洋葱，能使血中&ldquo;有害胆固醇&rdquo;转化成有益心脏的胆固醇，是防止心血管疾病的好办法。大蒜也可使血中胆固醇降低，使主动脉脂质沉着减少。 </font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　海鲜：华盛顿大学的研究证实，低脂肪的海鲜食品能使人体血中&ldquo;有害胆固醇&rdquo;的含量降低9%左右。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　海鱼：调查资料表明，冠心病患病率最低的是沿海渔区居民，这和他们长期吃鱼有关，因为海鱼中含有大量高级不饱和脂肪酸，可降低血中胆固醇含量；鱼油还能被人体中的酶分解成多种化学物质，在人体内起到止痛、消炎、抗高血压和抗凝血的作用。不过，只有生活在温度较低的海水中的沙丁鱼、鲭鱼、鲑鱼、鲱鱼、马鲛鱼、大马哈鱼和金枪鱼等才含有这种能降胆固醇的鱼油。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　植物油：植物油多含有不饱和脂肪酸，能降低血中胆固醇，尤以芝麻油、玉米油为佳，花生油、椰子油次之。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　脱脂牛奶、酸乳酪：医学研究发现，一个长期饮用脱脂牛奶或酸乳酪的人，其胆固醇含量比一般的患者少50%，这是因为，虽然牛奶本身含有一定的胆固醇，但又含有能降低胆固醇的乳清酸物质，这种物质摄入体内，便能有效抑制胆固醇的生物合成，其作用远远超过了由牛奶本身所带入人体内的胆固醇量。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　茶叶：研究证实，饮茶能降低血中胆固醇和防止动脉粥样硬化。调查显示，我国茶区居民的血胆固醇含量和冠心病患病率都比较低；牧民虽以肉食为主，但因饮茶和运动的缘故，此类疾病的发病率也较低。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　冬瓜：冬瓜水分大、热量低，既能减肥又能降胆固醇，促进体内脂肪消耗。而体内积存的过量水分，因冬瓜利尿，也能消除。所以冬瓜对中老年肥胖者尤其有益。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="3">　　苹果、葡萄：它们也含有令人惊奇的降胆固醇物质。实验证明，每天吃两三只苹果，能使80%的人的胆固醇降低，有一半人降低10%以上。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">　　此外，研究显示，大麦、玉米、胡萝卜、茄子、橄榄油等食物中也含有可以帮助降低胆固醇的化学物质。</font></p>
